These Terms govern your use of the Rain City Landscaping LLC website and all landscaping services we provide. By accessing our website or hiring us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services We Provide

We offer a wide range of professional landscaping services, including:

  • Lawn care & maintenance

  • Landscape cleanup & debris removal

  • Seasonal yard cleanups

  • Hedge trimming, pruning, and plant care

  • Mulch, soil, and rock installation

  • Exterior home detailing and curb appeal services

Service availability may vary by location and property condition.

2. Estimates & Pricing

  • Quotes are based on property size, access, condition, and scope of work.

  • Estimates are valid for 14 days.

  • Additional or unforeseen work may incur additional charges.

  • Pricing adjustments may occur due to conditions discovered during service.

3. Scheduling & Property Access

Clients agree to:

  • Provide clear and safe access to the property

  • Remove pets, vehicles, or obstacles before service

  • Notify us of any hazards such as unstable soil, loose objects, or debris

If access is blocked or unsafe, service may need to be rescheduled with additional fees.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

  • Provide accurate contact and property information

  • Pay invoices on time

  • Report any concerns within 5 days of service completion

5. Weather, Safety & Rescheduling

Outdoor work may be delayed due to:

  • Heavy rain

  • High winds

  • Snow or ice

  • Unsafe site conditions

We reserve the right to reschedule for safety reasons.

6. Liability Limitations

We are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing property damage

  • Hidden hazards such as rocks or roots

  • Damage caused by weather, soil movement, or landscape instability

  • Theft or damage occurring after service completion

Our liability is limited to the cost of services rendered.

7. Specialized Cleanup or Removal Work

Clients acknowledge that:

  • Yard cleanup may involve hazards

  • Debris may conceal sharp or unsafe objects

  • We may refuse or stop service if the site is unsafe

Photos or documentation can be provided upon request.

8. Payments

Invoices are due upon completion unless stated otherwise.
Late payments may incur fees after 14 days.

Accepted payment methods include:

  • Credit or debit card

  • Cash

  • Online payments

  • Bank transfer

9. Service Termination

We may decline or terminate service if:

  • Conditions are unsafe

  • Payment is not made

  • A client is abusive, threatening, or violates these terms

  • Illegal or unethical requests are made

10. Updates to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time.
Updates will be posted with the revised “Last Updated” date.
