Refund Policy

Rain City Landscaping LLC**

Rain City Landscaping LLC provides professional landscaping, property cleanup, yard maintenance, and enhancement services. Since our services are labor-based and performed on-site, refund guidelines differ from product-based businesses.

1. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Any required deposits will be communicated prior to scheduling.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be provided in the following situations:

  • Services were not completed as agreed

  • A billing or invoicing error occurred

  • A duplicate payment was made

  • A scheduled service was canceled before work began

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of service completion.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Completed services

  • Dissatisfaction based on personal preference rather than service scope

  • Inability to access the property due to client-related issues

  • Delays due to weather conditions

  • Changes to the property after service completion

4. Quality Guarantee

If service quality does not meet the standard outlined in your estimate, we will:

  • Return to correct the issue at no additional charge (within 5 days), or

  • Adjust the invoice at our discretion

We strive for fair, professional resolution in all situations.

5. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations may incur fees if preparation or mobilization has begun.
